By using the website z-code.dev or engaging Z-Code Technology Solutions ("Z-Code", "we", "us"), based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
Z-Code provides technology engineering services: custom software, AI & automation, Odoo ERP implementation, cloud & DevOps, AV/IT integration, security systems, and related consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees of any engagement are defined in a written proposal or contract signed by both parties — those documents prevail over anything on this website.
Content on z-code.dev — including articles, the Daily Signal posts and case descriptions — is provided for general information. It is not professional, legal or financial advice, and it does not create a client relationship. Project examples are described in good faith; specific results depend on each client’s environment.
The website, its design, text, visuals and the Z-Code brand are our property and may not be copied or reused without written permission. For client engagements, ownership of deliverables is transferred as defined in the project contract — unless agreed otherwise, custom code built for you is yours upon full payment, while our pre-existing tools and libraries remain ours, licensed to you for use within the deliverables.
The website links to third-party platforms (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and others). We are not responsible for their content, availability or policies. Third-party products we implement (Odoo, Crestron, Hikvision, Biamp and similar) remain subject to their own vendors’ licenses and terms.
The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Z-Code is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Liability for professional services is governed exclusively by the signed engagement contract.
Information you share with us in inquiries, audits and projects is treated as confidential and used only to evaluate and deliver the engagement. Mutual NDAs are available on request before any detailed disclosure.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
