Z-Code Technology Solutions operates z-code.dev from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact info@z-code.dev for questions about your data.
Project inquiries
When you submit the contact form, your name, email, company, project choices and description are sent through our Vercel-hosted endpoint and FormSubmit to our inbox. We use them to respond to your inquiry. Do not include passwords or sensitive personal information. Email delivery also involves our mail provider.
AI assistant
Messages you send to Zee are processed by Vercel and Google Gemini to generate a reply. Answers may be inaccurate. We do not automatically email transcripts or store chat contact details in your browser. Conversation text is held in the current page session and can be cleared. Provider processing and retention follow their own terms; do not submit sensitive data.
Analytics and preferences
Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Allow analytics”. It processes usage information such as visited pages, device information and approximate location. We disable advertising personalization and Google signals. “Privacy settings” lets you withdraw consent; the page reloads to stop further analytics. Existing cookies can be removed through your browser settings. Your theme, animation preference and analytics choice are stored locally so the site can remember them.
Hosting, security and third parties
Vercel hosts the website and processes requests and security logs. When configured, an Upstash/Vercel Redis store keeps hashed request identifiers and short-lived counters to prevent abuse; admin sessions expire after one hour. Fonts are served from this website without contacting Google Fonts. WhatsApp, social platforms and other external links have their own privacy policies and receive data when you visit them.
Retention and access
We use inquiry data for handling the request and any resulting engagement. Contact info@z-code.dev to request access, correction, deletion or to withdraw permission for further contact. Hosting, email and AI providers may retain records under their policies. We do not sell your inquiry information.
